User generated contents are any type of which created and shared by the customers voluntary through digital platforms from their experiences with product or service. make positive negative impact to business. So user content acts as both opportunity challenge In this study researcher is aimed customer’s perception on in media. Both primary secondary data used. Primary collected 26 males 24 female respondents. analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent sample t test one way ANOVA. The results revealed that respondents perceived reliable, informative, builds trust, helps take purchase decisions, authentic relevant. And also tested influence demographic factors like gender age
